Five steps to field-ready

The same path for every build, whether it's a single pauldron or a full suit of armor.

3D scanning or manual measurements for a fit that actually sits right.

02

Digital file

Adjusting STL files and splitting them to fit the print bed.

03

Printing

Layer-by-layer printing, split across multiple plates and parts when panels are too big for the bed.

04

Post-processing

Sanding, plastic welding, resin coating, filler, wet-sanding and paint for a screen-accurate finish.

05

Assembly & fitting

Straps, assembly and a final fitting check against the CRL.

Affiliation

Built to CRL Standard

Every build that leaves the workshop is measured against the 501st Legion's Costume Reference Library — whether the goal is membership or just a screen-accurate build for your own collection.

That means correct proportions, correct greeble placement, and a finish that holds up to close-range new-member inspection, not just in photos.

Selle3D is an independent cosplay workshop and is not officially affiliated with Lucasfilm Ltd. or the 501st Legion. Star Wars and related names belong to their respective rights holders.
